Start with a glass of Jansz NV sparkling valued at $19 (or upgrade to a glass of GH Mumm Champagne), then enjoy a shared luxe bite board as you explore our menu of signature cocktails, fine wines and extensive spirits selection. Finish the evening with a sweet treat.

EVENINGS, BOOK ANYTIME
Created exclusively for Vivid 2025, this self-guided mini gin experience invites you to sip, snack, and stumble through the ridiculous stories of three gin inventors (who almost certainly never existed).
You'll taste three distinct gins - each paired with a house-made snack - and meet a cast of characters including a sun-drenched Bondi botanist, a bushland brawler, and a cucumber-loving aristocrat. Their stories are completely made up. The gins are absolutely real.
Perfect before dinner, after a show, or as your start to a night of Vivid wandering.
Includes 3 x 20mL tasting serves of gins, garnishes, house-made snack plate, and a collectors tasting booklet to take home.
$49 per person for vivid (normally $59 per person)
