Our in-house spirit experts love telling stories and sharing their knowledge. Thousands of people have enjoyed our Gin Experience, Whisky Experience, and our new Tequila Experience. Each experience includes a tableside guided journey of your chosen libation and a selection of spirits to taste along the way - everything you need to enjoy a memorable evening with us.
Experiences can be booked online instantly for 2-10 people. If you have a group of 10+ people, send us a message and we can tailor a tasting to suit your requirements.

Boasting over 100 gins and an ever-changing selection of tonics, you'll savour more than 12,000 possible gin and tonic pairings from well-known international brands, major Australian distillers, and small-batch products from Sydney's local makers.

We've blended all the fabulous parts of High Tea and replaced the Earl Grey with fantastic gin cocktail-filled teapots to create the fantabulous Gin & Tea experience very Saturday and Sunday at The Fox Hole.

Pie & Pint
Tuesday || From 5pm or until sold out
A hand-crafted pie served with traditional sides of mashed potato, mushy peas, and gravy alongside a pint of beer. Beer not your thing? No worries! Enjoy a glass of wine or G&T instead.
