Late Winter Gin Feast
We're celebrating the final cozy and cool nights of the season with a Late Winter Gin Feast on the last weekend before we herald the arrival of springtime blooms and warmer days.
Joining us is special guest distiller from Bondi Liquor Co, one of Sydney's fastest growing distilleries to answer your questions. You'll hear stories from The Fox Hole's in-house gin experts about each of this season's Australian and selected imported gins.
This dinner is available for one weekend only. Each gin is carefully selected, paired with garnishes, tonic water or other premium mixer and then perfectly paired with a five-course meal prepared by our chef and served to the centre of your table.

Each course includes a carefully selected Australian gin paired by our in-house experts with garnishes and one of our premium tonics and mixers. Don't like tonic? Let the team know and they'll be happy to help you select alternative mixers.

How to get there

We're located in a Victorian style terrace on the corner of Kent and Erskine Streets in the northern precinct of Sydney CBD. The closest train station is Wynyard, there are several bus stations on Kent and Clarence streets giving access to most of Sydney.
You'll also find parking managed by Wilson Parking at 321 Kent Street.
