Australian gins are taking the world by storm. We've curated a journey through the incredible burgeoning world of Australian gin perfectly paired with a five-course meal prepared by our chef and served to the centre of your table.

Over the evening, we'll share stories about each gin, be joined by special guests (including a distiller) to answer questions and share more about these delicious gins and how Australia is redefining the meaning of gin around the world.

Event menu

The Summer Gin Discovery Dinner menu is five shared courses and is offered as an omnivore (meat) or a plant-based (vegetarian and vegan) option - gluten free option available. Both menus include paired gins with each course (five Australian gins - including cocktail on arrival).

How to get there

68a Erskine Street, Sydney, NSW 2000

We're located in a Victorian style terrace on the corner of Kent and Erskine Streets in the northern precinct of Sydney CBD. The closest train station is Wynyard, there are several bus stations on Kent and Clarence streets giving access to most of Sydney. 

You'll also find parking managed by Wilson Parking at 321 Kent Street.
