Our people
Our people aren't just a part of our business, they are our business. They tell our stories and they give customers the experiences they have come to love.
At the beginning of the COVID pandemic, we wanted to make sure our casual staff had the confidence to call in sick if they weren't feeling well, so we gave them sick leave and made sure they knew they would never lose a future shift or their jobs because of being sick.
We want our team to grow with us as we grow our business and share our stories with more people.
Packaging
Sustainability is not an added extra, it's woven into everything we do.
From disposable coffee cups made of 100% post-consumer recycled paper and compostable lids to being the first small bar in Sydney to completely remove plastic straws from service.
Even our at home experience packs contain recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging.
Cheaper isn't better, better is better.
Energy
Everything we do at The Fox Hole and across our Experiences is powered by 100% renewable energy. It's a small cost but we think it's one of the simplest and easiest ways to step lightly on the earth.
When you join us for your next great story, you'll know that the ice in your drink, food you eat, the lights you see, and the music you hear were all created using electricity produced from renewable sources.
Communities
Just as important as our staff, our customers and the environment are the communities in which we operate.
Our toilet paper (Who gives a Crap) helps to build toilets for those who don't have them. We support charities like Tour De Cure. We provide safe and inclusive spaces for our LGBTIQ friends and family.
None of these things make us special or inherently good - they're just part of our normal.
