A match made in heaven

Duck and Pinot are one of the all-time classic food and wine combinations, so what better way to celebrate the two than with a five course dinner to welcome in the cooler months.

Discovery Dinners are a dinner party series hosted by The Fox Hole.

Duck & Pinot Noir

The perfect pair is back.

This March, at The Fox Hole we are celebrating with a five course tasting menu - with duck infused into every course! To make the evening exceptional, our in-house sommelier has carefully selected a Pinot Noir to match each course along the way.

In usual style our in-house experts will share interesting tales about the food, the wine and the origins of the duck & pinot pairing throughout the evening as you dine and explore.

Pinot Noir is one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties in the world - grown perhaps as far back as 1000 BC. At a very similar time, ducks were first farmed by the Chinese and Egyptians. We invite you to savour and enjoy the perfect combination that is Duck & Pinot.
