This May, take your seat at The Fox Hole for a five-course tasting experience where the gin calls the shots, and the kitchen follows.

From bright and citrus-forward to savoury and spiced, each pour sets the tone - with every dish designed to match its mood.

Throughout the evening, our team will guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories behind the spirits, the thinking behind the combinations, and the craft behind the glass - all delivered with The Fox Hole’s signature sense of theatre.

The Juniper Nights menu features five indulgent shared courses, served to the centre of the table. Each course is led by a premium gin, paired with its perfect garnish and mixer. Most dietary requirements can be accommodated on request, including vegetarian and gluten free - just pop a note on your booking.
