This March, take your seat at The Fox Hole for a five-course tasting experience celebrating one of the world’s most irresistible indulgences: cheese.

Each course explores a different expression - from fresh and creamy to rich, savoury, and indulgent - paired with a gin chosen to either amplify or complement its character.

Throughout the evening, our hosts will guide you through each pairing, sharing stories of flavour, tradition, and craft - delivered with The Fox Hole’s signature warmth, wit, and a touch of theatre.

The Gin & Cheese Discovery Dinner features five indulgent courses served sharing style to the centre of the table, progressively throughout the evening. Each course is paired with a premium gin, thoughtfully matched with a garnish and mixer to enhance the flavours on the plate.

Most dietary requirements can be accommodated on request, including vegetarian and gluten-free options - just let us know when booking.
