This September, take your seat at The Fox Hole for a five-course tasting experience celebrating one of the world’s most beloved indulgences: cheese.

Each course features a different style — from fresh and delicate to bold and blue — paired with a gin selected to complement or contrast its character.

Throughout the evening, our team will share the story behind each cheese and gin, offering insights into flavour pairing, ageing traditions, and distilling craft — all served with The Fox Hole’s signature sense of theatre.

From the Cellar to the Still menu is five indulgent shared courses, served to the centre of the table. Each course includes a perfectly paired premium gin, garnish, and mixer.
