Duck and pinot have always made sense. This March at The Fox Hole, we’re pouring five distinctive pinots alongside five duck-led dishes designed to bring out the best in both. Each course builds on the last - richer, deeper, more expressive as the night unfolds.

Discovery Dinners are our way of turning a night at the bar into something more - thoughtful pairings, generous pours, and stories from our in-house sommeliers who know their wine, pour it properly, and keep things refreshingly unpretentious.

This March at The Fox Hole, we’re serving five duck-led courses - each paired with a distinctive pinot chosen to elevate what’s on the plate and in the glass.

True to our style, it’s never just food and wine. Our hosts will pour, pair and guide you through each match - exploring texture, balance, and why some combinations simply work. On their own, they’re impressive. Together, they’re better.
