This June, join The Fox Hole for an evening built around the interplay between food and gin. Across five courses, expect savoury, textural, and unexpected pairings designed to show just how versatile Australian gin can be at the table - from bright coastal styles to richer, more botanical pours.
Throughout the evening, each pairing is introduced by the team with the stories, flavour profiles, and distilling techniques behind the glass - part dinner party, part guided tasting, and entirely designed to be enjoyed together.
