This June, take your seat at The Fox Hole for a five-course tasting experience that explores the flavours of Australia - from coast to bush, paddock to still. Each dish is paired with a small-batch gin that showcases native ingredients and local craftsmanship, offering a bold and distinctly Australian twist on traditional pairings.
