Introduction
Dasher+Fisher is named after the convergence of the two rivers - Dasher and Fisher - into the Mersey River near Devonport in Tasmania. The company approached the local Strawberry farmers in 2018 after two season-long natural disasters. They decided to make a strawberry gin with the product that would otherwise have gone to waste. It's one of our favourites and a fitting end to our Twelve Gin Journey.

Already a star in the world whisky scene after just ten years, Kavalan Distillery has now released the very first Taiwan-inspired gin. Employing botanicals sourced from Yilan, just outside Taipei including kumquat peel, dried star fruit and red-flesh guava botanical extracts, the mix also includes juniper, aniseed and coriander.
