Gin of the Moment

Jardin d'été, Citadelle.

We were pretty excited to share this one as our latest Gin of the Moment. In fact, it was a resounding 'Yes!' from our spirit experts to pick this special one from Citadelle.

This gin is fruity, floral and oh so French. A smooth and exquisite blend where flowers, fruits and herbs come together to flourish. It tastes like you're stepping into a French farm house garden with every sip.

Expect notes of Charentais melon, whole lemons, yuzu and orange zest, interspersed with almond and coriander. A garden of citrus at the Château de Bonbonnet cultivated by Debbie Gabriel, wife of Citadelle Founder Alexandre Gabriel. It's a true celebration of French Summer whimsy.

While this one is great neat - on the rocks, it also makes a superb G&T with a slice of orange.
But how we've really been savouring this one? A Gimlet, with a French twist. And that ladies and gentleman, is our recommendation down at The Fox Hole this month for our Gin of the Moment.
