One of the United Kingdom's most iconic dishes, Scotch Eggs are a soft boiled egg, wrapped in pork sausage, rolled in bread crumbs and shallow fried. The Fox Hole is one of the only venues in Sydney to serve up house-made Scotch Eggs.
